Now don’t get me wrong; there are some amazing teaching programs out there, designed to give you the tools you need to be a success. But there is a huge gap between where the teaching ends and where the clients come in the door. That’s where mentoring comes in. Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary defines a “mentor” as a trusted counselor or guide. So my role is to serve as a guide – guiding you to find your path.

Mentoring Matters is for aspiring, new, or seasoned virtual assistants who are looking for a different type of support. This is for those who are truly passionate about being a VA, but who are struggling in some way and being held back from finding their path to success. They are looking for help from someone who has struggled as they are struggling, who knows what they are going through, and who has “been there, done that.”

Mentoring Matters is a different type of mentoring program. It works because I am not only a Master Mentor, I am a VA and know exactly what you’re going through. My goal is to design each session to work the way you do – unique and special to each individual. I want to provide real-world help – for marketing, attracting clients, pricing yourself authentically, closing the sale, and any other area where you may need support.
